 Philippe Levy a joué dans des films réalisés notamment par Xavier Giannoli (Les Rayons et Les Ombres ) Michel Hazanavicius (Le Redoutable), Abdelkrim Bahloul (Jennia), et des téléfilms dirigés entre autres par Bruno Merle, Thierry Petit, Christophe Charrier (Jonas) , Philippe Carrese (Plus belle la vie), Philippe Bérenger (Crimes parfaits), Charlène Favier( La fille qu’on appelle).
A suivi  une formation continue par des stages caméra auprès notamment de Objectif Formation Cinéma masterclass réaliséé avec 10 directeurs de casting J.Allione, A.Carrard, M. Snodgrass, S.Durando, H.Jakubovitz, A.Frémiot, J.Grossi, L. Lhotse, J. Delon.
 et de théâtre (TJP Strasbourg) , Mike Bernardin ( London Theater) .
