Trained at INSAS (Brussels National Institute for Performing Arts, 1994–1997), Yohanan Lefebvre brings to every role a practice rooted in physical precision, genuine listening, and presence.
After graduating, he built his career on the Belgian stage — in both languages. He performed in Dutch-language productions Der Doppelgänger (Compagnie Bronstig Veulen, 2000–2001) and Lotus Drive (Compagnie Lampe, 2001–2002), demonstrating a commitment to working across linguistic and cultural boundaries.
Alongside his performance work, he developed Turbo-Théâtre, a facilitation method using theatre techniques as a tool for human development, which he has applied with professional adults, young people with disabilities, and diverse community groups. This dual identity — as performer and pedagogue — has only deepened his craft: an actor who understands the body as instrument, a teacher who has never truly left the stage.
Now actively relaunching his acting career across both the French-speaking and Flemish Belgian markets, Yohanan is available for theatre, film and television projects.
