Wilfried is an actor and director born in Bourg en Bresse. He discovered theater at the age of 10 with the actor, mime, and director Jean Michel Debarbat.

He began his training in 2012 at the Cours Florent, working notably with Benoit Guibert and Anaïs Simon. He continued his drama studies in Lyon at Arts en scène and then at ATRE, with among others Mohamed Brikat and Alain Maratrat. Graduated with the RNCP III Actor title, he then delved into the Meisner technique and the LECOQ technique with Keith Farquhar and Constanza Becker by joining M2M.

He then worked with various theater companies, exploring both classical theater (Molière, Racine, Shakespeare) and contemporary theater (How I Loved Chernobyl, Sleeping Outdoors, etc.), as well as immersive theater (Cyrano de Bergerac, Sherlock Holmes, Puy du Fou). Simultaneously, he appeared in several short films, notably "Matin Brun" and "2 Minutes," both awarded at international festivals. He also made appearances in various films and on television.

He chose to further his skills by learning the Lee Strasberg technique at LAPA Paris. Subsequently, he worked for the Opera de Lyon in Tchaikovsky's "The Enchantress" and Rimsky-Korsakov's "The Golden Cockerel".

Alongside his acting career, he also directs comedians for their shows.

He was recently featured in "An Ideal World" by Nicolas Poiret and Sébastien Blanc, directed by Anne Bouvier (2 Molières), with Joseph Gorgoni alias Marie-Thérèse Porchet, Franck Fargier, and Bérengère Steiblin, at the Théâtre Tête d’Or in Lyon and on tour in Switzerland.

In 2023, he attended a masterclass titled "From Script to Performance" with Julien Boisselier, to further hone his skills in cinema.
