Raphaël Vogt

Since childhood, I have been involved in various television and film productions, and my path has consistently led me back to the industry. After spending 10 years as a main cast member on GZSZ (the most succefull German Daily Soap at that time) , I successfully transitioned to the freelance market, taking on diverse formats across different networks.

I have always complemented my primary career as an actor with related professional activities, continuously evolving and growing. Together with Kati Bork, I am the host and producer of the VAN UND DAVON podcast, which has been thriving in the market for over three years. In the travel industry, I particularly enjoy working as a moderator and speaker. As a native French speaker with dual citizenship, I also work as a voice actor and French language consultant.

Privately, I was very active in combat sports for many years, training in kickboxing and Muay Thai at a competitive and black-belt level, alongside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), MMA, and grappling. I am also a certified judge. As the president of the German Mixed Martial Arts Federation (GEMMAF), I worked with the UFC, the world’s largest MMA promotion, for several years.

Additionally, I have been a competitive shooter for years, specializing in the most demanding discipline: IPSC (dynamic course shooting). I am highly skilled in handling firearms (both handguns and rifles / shotguns) and regularly conduct seminars to train actors on how to professionally portray police officers, soldiers, or skilled criminals in film productions.

I have also spent considerable time traveling across Europe with my family as a “vanlifer” living in a van that allows me to lead a self-sufficient lifestyle in almost any location. This means I can establish a living base anywhere with ease.
