About me

Mohamed Hatem is an Egyptian-French actor based in Paris, working across film, television, and theater. He has collaborated with acclaimed directors including Yousry Nasrallah, Kamla Abu Zekry, Hatem Ali, and Ahmed Abdallah.

In 2020, he won the Best Actor Award at the Malmö Arab Film Festival for his performance in When We’re Born. His recent screen work includes Ahmed Abdallah’s upcoming feature Berleen and the Polish film Oasis, produced by Canal+ and Polsat, both slated for release in late 2026.

A prominent stage actor, Hatem has performed internationally with productions presented at the Festival d’Avignon and Festival d’Automne, and has collaborated with leading playwrights and directors such as Ahmed El-Attar and Pascal Rambert. In 2026, he was selected for Berlinale Talents 2026.
