I am an artist based in Brussels, originally from Denmark. I trained as an actress at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, where I was awarded the André Debaar Jury Prize.
On the film side, I played a supporting role in the series “La vie dont nous rêvions” directed by Audrey Estrougo, which will soon be broadcast on Arte.
I see myself as an artist driven by the need to explore current issues that are often considered discouraging or hopeless due to their complexity. I try to reopen the debate, not to propose solutions, but to prepare the mental and emotional ground for the emergence of other ways of thinking, feeling, and acting. I only find meaning when I can engage in long-term writing and reflection processes, made up of numerous failures, frustrations, tremors, and surprises.
In early 2025, I began my first research project for a documentary theater piece: "Matos joyeux contre une dissonance - titre provisoire", which I imagine as an investigation into the paradoxical relationship that humans can have with animals. It is an exploration that questions and attempts to understand how some of us manage to coexist with concern (in the sense of care) for animal suffering while still consuming them.
