Mathieu Philibert

I was born and grew up in France. I originally come from the southern part of Burgundy which is covered with vineyards. My hometown is Mâcon, near Lyon. 
However, I was always willing to go beyond the borders and dive into the unknown. I love getting to know new people and coping with other ways of living and thinking and also other personalities. 
In the past couple of years, I was busy improving and polishing my German skills while acting. From 2020 to 2024, I got to study acting in Freiburg im Breisgau in the southern part of Germany. Before that, I went to the university and had several work experiences in an international and intercultural context. For instance, I completed a master's degree in "Theatre sciences and interculturality" at the University of Luxembourg and I worked during 4 months in the German section of the Radu Stanca National Theatre of Sibiu (Romania). The latter was a life-changing experience since I decided afterwards to study acting. 
I try to be bold and I don't want to restrict myself too much. From the personality and the way of living, I am more "a bird of passage".
