My name is Lara Horvath and I am a twenty year old actress from Vienna, Austria.
I have discovered my passion for acting at a very young age, when I was doing performances for my parents in our living room. I started taking singing, dancing and guitar lessons and had somehow discovered an urge to express myself through the means of art. At first it was writing songs, poems, making up choreographies or reanacting my favorite movie scenes in front of the mirror in my bedroom. Then I went to a casting at the State Theatre in Salzburg, my hometown. Since then, I had the pleasure of taking part in various productions there. When I moved to Vienna in 2021 I was happy to be part of a production at the Burgtheater. In 2022 I started studying Drama at the Musik und Kunst Universität der Stadt Wien. The programme there includes a dual training in stage and camera acting.
