About me

Inês M Dias is a Portuguese actress based in Lisbon. She holds a BA in Acting from the Lisbon Theatre and Film School (National Conservatory of Portugal) and trained in on-camera acting at the Actors Studio in London.

Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, she works across theatre, film, and international productions.

Her theatre career spans national and international stages, including several performances at the National Theatre D. Maria II in Lisbon and the National Theatre São João in Porto.

She made her international debut in France as a leading actress at the National Theatre of Bordeaux in Pour que les vents se lèvent, directed by Catherine Marnas and Nuno Cardoso. The production toured major national theatres across France.

Alongside her stage work, she has developed her screen practice through recent workshops with casting directors Maurilio Mangano and Jo Monteiro.
