About me

Emmanuel is an actor from Bordeaux. A former doctor of medicine, it was in 2002 that he began his conversion to acting, his real passion.

In order to become more professional, Emmanuel took part in an improvisation workshop at the Théâtre en Miettes (Bordeaux), then attended the Conservatoire du 15ème arr (Paris). He continued his training with clowning courses (Paris, Bordeaux) and workshops led by Damien Acoca (coach). He has taken on a number of secondary and lead roles in 17 plays, and is currently on tour with ‘La vie rêvée des philosophes’ by Yves Cusset, ‘Le Sacre’ by Barbara Lecompte and ‘Ainsi chantent les glaciers’ by Olivier Dodane, directed by Henri Bonnithon.

At the same time, from 2007 to 2019, he will be continuing his training with courses on ‘Jouer juste: méthode de l'acteur’, ‘Jeu d'acteurs et caméra’, ‘La construction corporelle du personnage’ and ‘le Mélodrame’, a workshop on Shakespeare's work, and Masterclasses run by directors Patric Chila and Xavier Palud and casting directors David Baranes, Sarah Teper and Catherine Chevron.
