About me

Eliza Rose recently moved from Paris after 2 years in New York studying acting and working in productions (on-camera and stage). With a distinctly international background (holding both Bachelors and Masters in IA/Economics degrees), she spent nine years living and working across Italy, France, and Turkey before relocating to NYC in 2024. Raised in Boston, Eliza brings a grounded versatility and genuine curiosity to every role she takes on.

Eliza has completed 1.5 years of method acting training and recently starred as the lead in a short film, as well as a Spanish-language stage production (Bronx). Fluent in English/Italian, and proficient in French and Spanish, she is well-suited for multilingual and European productions.

Standing 170cm (5'7") with a slim build and a playing age of 20–35, she offers both range and a natural screen presence rooted in lived cross-cultural experience. She works naturally in sharp, witty, authoritative, emotionally layered characters.

Consider Fleabag x Camille Cottin (esp. as Andréa Martel!).

Professional background

Studied Method Acting with Tony Greco (2025-2026), who has taught and coached for over 40 years. Between NY and LA, Tony teaches the Method as developed by Lee Strasberg at The Actors’ Studio (Tony was a student of Strasberg himself). As a class, we focus on basic relaxion, instrument atunement, and developing sensory tools to work into, through, and with characters - starting with ourselves. The approach is echoed in Sandy Meisner's own philosophy: "Acting is the ability to behave absolutely truthfully under the imaginary circumstances.” This is the approach I bring with me into my work.
