Eileen was born to a first generation Muslim Albanian father in Waterbury, CT. On her mother's side she can trace an ancestor back to the wrong side of the Salem Witch Trials. A graduate of Westover School in Middlebury, CT., she has a BA in Art History & Film from Vassar College where she was in a theater group with Noah Baumbach, Jason Blum, and John Gatins. Further acting study at The Atlantic Theater Company where Matthew Fox was a classmate, The Actors Studio at The New School where Bradley Cooper was a classmate, NYU and The Beverly Hills Playhouse whilst working at Comedy Central, Diane Von Furstenberg, Saturday Night Live / Broadway Video and Pace Gallery which brought her to the West Coast where she was John Ptak's assistant at CAA, worked for Jon Mostow on the Universal lot, read scripts for Todd Lieberman at Mandeville and finally Virgin Records America where she had a hand in throwing some epic parties. She has appeared in several off-Broadway plays and corporate training films. She has written all through it, studying at UCLA, NYU, with Sundance Collab, Stowe Story Labs and NJ Play Lab and has several competitive screenplays, has written projects for Rachel McAdams, Hillary Duff and The Jonas Bros. She was once a semi-successful mom blogger. An avid horse rider she volunteers at a local adapted riding equine therapy stable.
