David Furlong is Mauritian-born, bilingual French-English actor. Trained in Paris National Theatre of Chaillot, he has since established a 20 years career in London, in UK theatre and films, as well as street theatre in France. He's also been running Exchange Theatre in London, directing, producing and supporting works around bi-lingualism for 15 years. He was Young Vic Jerwood director in 2021. He's also an experienced deviser exploring in particular the decolonization of representations and invibilised mixed-identities. (Noor, The Great Experiment with Border Crossings, The Cat in Reboots, Tempests at the YV). He's also "race & allyship" trainer for Maya productions.
