Aikido practitioner for ten years — black belt. I often mention this discipline because it has shaped my personality and my way of approaching work for many years: with rigour and precision, while giving essential space to the present moment and to what must emerge from within.

My journey in front of the camera, on stage and on the tatami builds a perspective in which technique serves sensitivity. I explore worlds where emotion is born from the body, where listening becomes the driving force of performance, and where creative freedom asserts itself through daily practice.
