Charles Salvy

Charles Salvy emerged from street performance, where he shaped his art through the characters of street vendors. This experience taught him the rigors of improvisation and a great adaptability to any situation. For over twenty years, he has been traversing film sets, boasting more than forty films to his credit. Through these experiences, he has developed keen listening skills and a natural ability to quickly grasp the desires and visions of the directors he works with.

With an innate friendliness and a striking resemblance to Jacques Villeret, from which he cannot escape, Charles has often been directed toward comedic roles, although he equally thrives in "against-type" performances. He enjoys creating fragile and subtle characters, often infused with nuance and a touch of whimsicality.
