Cécile Maldonado

Graduated with a double degree in Theater, Cinematography and Audiovisual at the Sorbonne-Nouvelle, Cécile Maldonado enters the school of Theater-Cinema of Jean-Baptiste Berthon and Véronique Jammet in Paris in the 2nd arrondissement. 
In order to enrich her acting, she joins the film sets and will be spotted on director Jean-Pierre Mocky’s movie 'Tu es si jolie ce soir' in which she plays the role of a police inspector. 
At the same time, the young actress has a string of theatrical projects, and joins a troupe at the Opéra Garnier for a year and a half. 
In this continuity, Cécile Maldonado plays various characters in short films that participate in several festivals, notably 'The Time of Others' by Iranian director Vahid Karami, who wins multiple awards. 
She donned for several months the famous red suit from 'La Casa De Papel' in the theatrical experience of Netflix, or the period costumes of the 17th century in the show 'The Mozart Mystery' produced by Michel Eli and the TF1 Group. 
Director Chris Briant notices the young actress on internship and offers her the role of Annie, history-geography teacher in his TV movie 'Papa Malgré Lui' alongside Arnaud Ducret, broadcast on TF1 on March 02, 2026. A production by Making Prod and Troisième Oeil Productions.
