Cécile de Moor (ex Rittweger)

Cécile is a Belgian actress and screenwriter. As a child, she was fascinated by cinema and loved to sublimate everyday life by telling and playing stories, but when choosing her studies, she first chose the "reassuring" path: Roman philology (the Belgian equivalent of modern letters).

Once her master's degree in her pocket, with the greatest distinction and a published thesis, she was finally ready to turn to cinema: she went to do a master's degree in cinema in England, which ended with the making of a documentary on climbing. You should know that, since she was little, climbing has been her great passion, guaranteeing her well-being and balance.

Eager to deepen the realization, she passed the ENSAV competition in Toulouse and was admitted directly in the 3rd year. It was there that she began to touch fiction, and immediately the desire to play, long repressed, was revived. On several occasions she was in front of the other students' camera.

Then, she went to Paris to take acting classes at Studio Pygmalion, then at Jack Waltzer. As soon as she had her status as an intermittent, she continued to train thanks to internships funded by AFDAS....

To be a complete actress, she also practices yoga (for body availability) and singing (for voice mastery). Climbing remains a great passion.

In a few years, she has accumulated a large number of secondary roles and she hopes to soon have access to more important roles...

At the same time, she continues to write screenplays and also completed a master's degree in writing at the IAD, a Belgian graduate school. She recently obtained the Beaumarchais-SACD scholarship for an anticipation feature film project.
