About me

Camille was a basketball player before training at “Cours Florent” then at “Art’Aire Studio” in Paris. He played in a play at the Marigny theater but it was when he played the role of Manuel in “Beautiful” by Pélagie Serge Poyote in Guyana that he discovered what would be his goal: making films. He decided to return to live in Reunion and participated in the emergence of Reunionese cinema. First as assistant director to William Cally for his films: “UFO in the Tropics”, “Madame Desbassyns”, “La Buse, the cursed gold of the pirates of the Indian Ocean”. And recently, Camille played in OPJ 974, the television series of France 3. In “Zamal Paradise” by DK Pit, considered the first feature film by a Réunionese director who has been showing for a feature film in the cinema at the Meeting then visible on Canal Plus on demand. And “Marmaille” by Grégory Lucilly, a feature film by a director from Réunion which should be released in cinemas throughout France in December 2024.
