About me

Bruna Cusí is an actress known for the feature film "Summer 1993", directed by Carla Simón (Berlinale). She received the Goya Award for Best New Actress in 2018 for her performance. Since then, she has gained recognition for lead roles in several independent films.

Her most recent  international projects include "No feeling is forever" a feature film directed by  Kit Zahuar, "Three Islands" by Jan Ole Gester and the film "Upon Entry" by Alejandro Rojas and Juan Sebastian Vazquez. "Upon Entry" was premiered at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and at SXSW. It has won several awards. Bruna Cusí recently won the French Primers Plans Award for Best Performing Actress in 2024. The film has been nominated for the Independent Film Spirit Awards.
