My name is Antonella MECO and I live in Belgium, in the Hainaut region. I have a rich professional and personal background shaped by a wide range of experiences.
I worked for many years in the banking sector. This experience provided me with discipline, a keen sense of observation, precision, and a deep understanding of human relationships — qualities that I now bring to my work on stage and on screen.
I appeared in the television series Trentenaire, produced by Warner Bros. I also performed alongside François Pirette, an iconic figure and major star of Belgian comedy, in a comedy show broadcast on RTL-TVI in Belgium.
My work spans theatre, comedy, advertising, and film. I have taken part in several stage productions and created my own one-woman show entitled Luigina, which I performed in various theatres across Belgium. This show allowed me to establish a strong stage presence and a highly character-driven performance style, blending humor, tenderness, and sharp observation of everyday life.
I am currently appearing on television in Wallonia in a commercial for the Mutuelle Chrétienne. At the same time, I regularly take part in advertising projects and video content, particularly on social media, where I often portray elderly female characters with authenticity, warmth, and strong comic timing.
My artistic journey is rooted in a sincere, popular, and accessible approach, with particular attention to simple emotions, truthful situations, and a direct connection with the audience.
