I have a multidisciplinary background in acting, coaching, martial arts, meditation, treatments and fasting: • Acting: Trained at the Film Actors Studio Abruzzo with Paul Randall and attended masterclasses with Paul Haggis, Michael Margotta, and Susan Batson. • Improvisation: Participated in workshops with Chris Wells, Jun Imai, and I Bugiardini, in Italy and Japan. • Stage Combat: Developed expertise in samurai sword techniques, stage combat, and stunts with Katanaya Ichi Japan and Chuck Johnson. • Education: Kinesiology Degree from D’Annunzio University (2014) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a focus on Jungian archetypes and psychomagic. • Martial Arts Instruction: Qualified instructor of Japanese and Russian martial arts, with over 15 years of experience conducting seminars on body awareness and breathing techniques. • Languages: Self-taught in Japanese, I developed my own language learning method, used by embassies and corporations in Japan. • Coaching: Worked with internationally renowned singers and actors, providing private treatments and collaborating with Dr. Franco Berrino on holistic approaches. Also studied under Hideto Tomabechi, a world-renowned cognitive scientist and transformative coach. • Mindfulness and Psychosomatic Work: I created my own methodology, called Labor Interior, for developing awareness through mindful movement, deep breathing, and body consciousness.
